Contracts Law

A contract is a promise or set of promises between parties for services, goods, and other performance agreed to.

Contract law provides the rules that will govern the promise or set of promises known as obligations and those rules will enforceable a remedy if the other party fails to fulfil the promise or set of promises.

Contract(s) can be oral or written, or it may be implied from conduct from one party to the other.  Having a contract in written form provides a clear picture of what each party will or will not agree to.

At Escamilla & Associates, LLC, we do not provide legal advice, but we do assist with different types of contracts, agreements, review of contracts/agreements, and draft counters or demand letters as well as provide legal research to assist with decision-making on business matters.
